Construction plates to cover the holes are dangerous

The metal plate used in construction on the roads are extremely dangerous for motorcyclest and can cause them to loose control causing death or injury even more so when wet. Being a fellow motorcyclest i have been on these plates and they are just like going on black ice with a car. Some are also bent and boed causing people to loose control of the front or rear tire and in some cases poping them or losing the tread which could cause injury. What id like to see is something that can give traction and signs showing they are there to give a heads up.
