THE TRIBEZ GAME DEVELOPERS TO FIX GAME ERRORS AND BUGS

come to you as members of a family of Facebook groups. While we are primarily Facebook TribeZ players, we have found our groups are very popular to the Android and iPad players also. We are quite diverse in our membership with members from all around the world. As we are all TribeZ players, we share game information and problems. Of late we have had quite a few players with the same game problems. These players have individually yet unsuccessfully tried repeatedly to get customer service to assist them with problems they are having with their games. 

WE, THE FACEBOOK PLAYERS OF THE TRIBEZ GAME, RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT YOU ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS WE ARE HAVING WHEN PLAYING THE GAME.


1.  We understand that the ability to gift your neighbors is a recent addition to the Facebook TribeZ game. There are a lot of players who are not able to send or receive gifts. We would very much like to see this fixed, as many of our group members have stated that helping neighbors is one of their favorite aspects of the game. 

2.  As mentioned in point #1 above, gifting neighbors is one of the favorite aspects of the game to many players. As it is now, we can only send 10 of our neighbors a gift each day, and we can only receive 5. With all the friends we are asked to add, we would really like to be able to send and receive a larger number of gifts.

3.  Quests that have us searching for items repeatedly has become a time issue for most players, as the drop rate for items is so frustratingly low. We cannot stress enough how important the ability to set up our wishlist and to be able to gift our friends with much needed items is extremely important. 2 or 3 weeks of waiting for a item to drop is not only frustrating and very time consuming, but it also has made players quit the game all together.

4.  The Halloween quest(s) seem to be impossible to complete within the time limit you gave due to terribly slow drop rates of the needed items. A lot of players have not received Rakes from Forester's Huts, Hoes from Quarries, Pruners from Lumber Mills, or Lollipops, Bonbons, Cakes, or Chocolate Bars from chasing away the Pumpkinheads in days. Some get so frustrated they have given up on completing the quests or are quitting the game. The item drop rate on timed quests needs to be adjusted so we stand a chance of being able to finish these type of quests within the allotted time. 

5. There are many players whose games have reverted back to level 1 after an update. Isn’t our game progression “saved” and “maintained” on your end? If not, there should be back-up that protects all player's game progression.


6.  There appears to be a problem with upgrading and/or collecting coins from production buildings/houses. Many players comment that they no longer have the ability to click on some buildings to upgrade them and others say that many of their buildings have quit producing coins. This is very discouraging to new players who find it difficult to accumulate coins at the beginning stages of the game.

7.  Players often comment that they are losing shipments of products occasionally when using their Zeppelins. In some cases shipments are sent off, but never reach their destination. This can be very frustrating, as shipping products through Zeppelins can be very time consuming. Players are told by customer service to check their inventory for deliveries and in a lot of cases the missing shipment is not found anywhere.

8.  When visiting neighbors using the neighbor ladder at the bottom, is there a quicker or more convenient way of moving from one neighbor to the next to get the items we need? The current set up is not only very time consuming but the constant clicking to scroll, scroll, scroll or the constant trying to grab and slide is extremely hard on the wrist, and especially hard on those who are disabled.

9.  We realize that advertising is important during game play, but the excessive pop ups are taking the enjoyment out of the game.


Paying players and potential paying players of The TribeZ would like more support and assistance when they have problems with their games. You have many players who spend a lot of money to play online and mobile games. They do not spend money or recommend games to friends that have problems and errors that they do not see getting fixed. We know this because so many players keep leaving the game. Knowing that support is listening and addressing these problems is of utmost importance if you want people to continue playing The TribeZ and even trying any future games you may launch.
