Time to make LTA financial responsibility...NOW!!!

Three things I think we must do...and we should do them all now.
One: Ask the executive committee to pass a rule/ordinance that LTA must operate with the funds allocated for expenses. Under no circumstances can LTA dip into founders commissions.


Two: Ask the executive committee to pass a rule/ordinance reducing Jack’s compensation to $5050 per month. He nets $4000 after paying the $1050 BPSTF. This has to happen if we wish to control expenses. We can raise his salary later.

We also relieve Jack of some of his responsibilities. Jack is wearing too many hats. Jack continues as the liaison with our carriers. He does an excellent job at this.

Laurie and her excellent team run the best operation I have ever worked with. Jack continues running the LTA service center. Excellent job again.

Jack gets help as an equal from all founders running the LTA founder organization. We must do a much better job of motivation, communication and recognition. We all have lots to offer LTA. We must all be the manger of the LTA founder group.

Three: Ask the executive committee to appoint one of our founders, other than Jack, to manage the LTAgency. This agency is the solution to our financial problems. This manager should be a very strong recruiter and understand the SAM (Senior Associate Marketer) and AM (Associate Marketer) programs and have the same authority as Jack did. This will always be a zero (0) salary position.
