Reinburse students part of their money for accommodation

From having powercuts, to having electrical supplies not working, students in the Maltings have been left with no option but to constantly complain about the problems arising. What makes matters worse is the lack of attention given to these problems when they arise and the time taken to resolve them.
Wifi has gone down and it was students who had to report this problem to reception; they did not even know themselves. We would like to be reimbursed for the lack of care that has been given to students.
