We sign this petition so you know that it is our agreement that he is not harmfull or dangerous to society and is productive and caring. We are his family and have known him for all of our lifes. Anthony's biological father has Neglected and abondon him and we know Dave has been loving and caring towards Anthony and he would never purposely harm Anthony or act in an abbussive manner towards him. We beleive that a father is someone who raises a child not someone who makes one. Therefore Dave is anthony's loving father and we have seen that in fact Dave does care about anthony and love him and we have accepted anthony into our family we have witnessed the damaging effects left behind by his real father, we buy him gifts on the holidays and work towards developing a new relationship for Anthony so he can understand Love and give him gifts on the holidays and encourage positive behaviour for Anthony as he goes thru the struggle of abondonment by his real father Timothy Root.
