Demand a law to protect statutory rape

This petition is to help people that have been convicted of statutory rape because they have been deceived by people who lied to them about their age and identity. There are laws that punish people for committing these acts but none for those who deliberately have them placed behind bars. We as concerned parents and friends should help put a law in place for these people who lie and manipulate others in this act. Its is not fair. Lets do something to protect ourselves and love ones.
