Make disabling Facebook comments possible (on personal pages)!

Facebook doesn't allow it's members to turn commenting off on their own, private pages. A Facebook user should be able to decide for themselves if they want to welcome people to comment on their posts or if they are open for discussion, etc. Turning off comments can be a way of preventing hostile arguments between Facebook friends with strong differing opinions, it can prevent bullying when you know there's a more likely chance of it on a specific post or between specific friends, and it can put an end to conversations that have already become off topic, hostile, or hateful.
