End of taking away parking pass for being late or "tardy"

We , the students of SOUTH MECKLENBURH HIGH SCHOOL are sick and tired of admisnistartion enforcing all these strict rules this 2017/2018 school year that were never enforced in the previous years. If history has taught me anything is that SALUTARY NEGLECT has never brought up anything good. So we demand that SMHS take away this rule that having a number of Tardies to class results in the revoking of our parking passes. We try to show up to class on time all the time but when it takes 30 minutes to make a left turn into the school it's not our fault everytime. On top of that we would like to add 1 more thing, maybe if the start time was 7:15 maybe there wouldn't be as many absences
