Time to close Harborfields and build a JDC in Mays Landing at the Justice Facility

Every year juveniles cause problems or something happens at Harborfields and we as citizens of Egg Harbor City, and the surrounding area in Atlantic County miss work or our children miss school.  We need the facility moved to where the security is efficient and effective.  They building and security are too laxed and out of date. Time to close Harborfields and have a Juvenile Detention Center built next to the County Jail in Mays Landing.
