To whom this may concern
We the tenant’s of the townhouse complex at 660 Ladybrook Crescent, London Ontario wish to have the tenants of 730 & 733 removed (evicted) from the premises, as they have cause many problems with the rest of us law abiding tenants and we are fed up with the DAILY DICTURBANCE from these two units.
WE DON’T NOT WISH TO HAVE OUR CHILDREN EXPOSED TO THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR ON A DAILY BASIS nor do we like having the police coming to these two units on a regular basis, the loud music, people hanging out in the hall smoking, fighting, loud banging, the smell of marijuana in the halls that comes into our units along with many other disturbing behaviours.
Therefore you as a landlord needs to take action against this disruption in our place that we live in. This use to be a very nice quiet complex until these tenants of # 730 & 733 moved in.
Enough of this, IT HAS TO STOP!
