Cut sales taxes.

Every day I hear politicians advocating for a decrease in taxes for corporate america, and threats of cuts to services for the poor, disabled, and elderly. In an effort to help the poor and decrease taxes for everyone in the State of South Dakota, I would like to propose that we eliminate all sales taxes for purchases of less than $50 for any or multiple items in any one purchase. This would be a tax cut for everyone, and it would progressively help the poorest the most.
