Demand SSO to CHANGE THEIR ACT!

So, over the past few months SSO have really failed in many areas.

The customer service: It takes so much longer to get a reply and even when you do the reply is unreasonable and doesn't answer your question.

The new things in the game: Hardly any new features or anything interesting - just the same old stuff no one is interested in.
