Take Down This Ugly Stain of Homophobia

The billboard I am trying to get taken down is an obvious sign of homophobia. It is a sarcastic remark that is "appearing" as if God himself is saying "Ahem...I already defined marriage." It is simply there to bring down the gay community. As a young member of the LGBTQA community, I find this billboard offensive and just downright ignorant. Please help me get this monstrosity taken down.
