Demand an end to stalking, privacy invasion, obession, and harassment

I have a neighbor that has been stalking an harassing me for over a year and a half. We even went to court and all of her defamation of character statements and lies where caught determined VOID and thrown out by the judge in Garland TX. She has posted custom signs with my name all over her fence and has about 6 surveillance cameras on 15 foot poles and on top of her fence pointing into my backyard that she uses to stalk, watch, and record my family, visitors and I as we are in my backyard.
