alcohol and drugs addiction detox clinic needed in Strabane

Doctors in strabane do not have the capability to treat addiction, to be honest they dont give a flying fu#k. be it alcohol, narcotics, prescription pills etc. Strabane needs a centre with a few specialists who know what there doing and what they are prescribing. a centre were u dont get treated as a drugseeker as you do in the 2 surgerys in our town. most time people get embarrassed and dont even get to tell the doctor whats wrong because theyve been so humiliated. Same with the receptionists. they think they are the doctor when you ring to order a prescription it feels like your askin for heroin the way the go on, as if there payin for it. plus now anything that is available to buy otc they wont give it out under the nhs.

1. WE WANT A CENTRE BUILT FOR PEOPLE IN NEED AND GOOD SPECIALISTS THERE TO TREAT THEM. WE DONT WANT OUR FUTURE GENERATION WASTED ON DRUGS.

2. WE WANNA HAMMER IT INTO THEM DOCTORS THAT HANDING OUT DRUGS SUCH AS VALIUM, TRAMADOL, SLEEPING PILLS ETC. TO TEENAGERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE IS NOT ON.

3.WE WOULD LIKE TO WARN KIDS TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL DRUGS AND JUST BECAUSE A DOCTOR SAID ITS GOOD DOESNT MEAN IT IS. I HEARD THAT BEFORE AND IT RUINED 4 YEARS OF MY LIFE.

4. WE WOULD LIKE TO HELP ALCOHOLICS CLEAN THEMSELVES UP AND GET THEIR LIFE BACK SAME WITH DRUG ADDICTS.
