Lower Dauphin students take a lot of pride in our school. An important part of our school pride is the powerul logo. The famous falcon that we represent. We want to keep it this way years to come! The logo fills everyone with pride. We want our original falcon, so help stop the effort to change it!
Reasons to stop the logo change
~ This change would cost Lower Dauphin in a big amount of money because the Lower Daupin logo is on every sport jersey
~for 65 years Lower Dauphin had the same logo
~this will cost lots of money we don't need to spend
I am hearing two different stories one from the school and one from the Hummelstown Sun. The Sun is reporting the Atlanta Falcons are involved, while the school is not making that claim.
If the school is sweeping the Atlanta Falcons involvement under the carpet, it could be the threat of an expensive lawsuit stopping them, but we can definitely win in the court of public opinion if we share this story and sign the petition!
