More Time to pay utiliys

My goal is to give hard-working citizens of Monroe more time to pay light bills my light bill along with a lot of people I know in Union County are extremely high and as a single mother I would like a little more time to pay my bill when it's always ranging between 200 and $600 a month I'm going to city council with this petition asking that they change the disconnection date of every month from the 20th to the 30th of every month to give people like me a chance to come up with the money to pay our power bill
