demanding the saving of our youth now

I'm the vice president of my neighborhood association and for years we were without a community center in our neighborhood and still dont as a young man who's real desperate need for one me and my neighborhood our children are not getting actively involved rather then skipping school or going to jail fighting we need something to send our children so they can have somewhere positive to go its really hard and sad I've been in my neighborhood for 20 years so please help in signing
