Control the Traffic in La Pasada!

Today we had an accident on the corner of Madrid and Valencia in La Pasada....This is the third accident of this type where people take that corner way too quickly. Today a fire hydrant became airborne and hit a home...It could have easily been a child or pedestrian. We need the city to take action with either a stop sign or speed humps like they have in Rio Vista.
