Many people have been outraged by the Eragon movie. Most agree it was horrific and not just an embarassment but also an insult. I have been one and the books deserve a good movie, not a rip off of a few characters' names and very few sections of lore. Anyone can see how bad the attempt of the movie was and if the director or any other staff of the movie didn't then they have the worst sense of anything.
I want the movie to be more like that book. Who else agrees. Don't need to follow it exactly but many things should be similar to the book like lore or how magic works or something. The script was bad, the lore was way off a lot of the time, most information was wrong, characters broke who they were suppose to be often enough to notice, small cosmetic things annoyed us all the more, and even the simpliest parts of it were broken. At least have a screenplay writer who read the book instead of writing based on a horrible explaination of the book. If Fox hasn't fired the people that were part of the staff that ruined the movie then they are ruining more of thier own movies. Seriously, someone needs to help.
