Stop State Mandate of our schools

In Odessa Texas, we are endanger of losing our schools because of a state mandate that requires percentages of passed students. These are schools that we the tax payers have paid for and our children deserve a good or better yet a great education. The children deserve to learn not to become robots with a diploma.
