Carmax/maxcare

I bought a car from Carmax a year ago and just recently tried to utilize my maxcare but nothing is covered. When bought it and paid extra for maxcare I was told it covered a lot of things that it doesnt . I have read a lot of reviews of customers with the same problem. This is not right I don't know how far we can go with this but let's try and get Carmax to right its wrongs and fix our problems.
