Demand Illinois Governor to Reinstate Death Penalty Executions!

A few years back Governor Ryan put a stay on executions. Now this petition I'm starting cause I have asked that Governor Rauner to reinstate executions. This I'm asking after a family member was murdered. I have reached out to him with no response. Let the victims be heard please sign petition to force the hand of the Governor to reinstate executions. This is not just for my family but other families that are going through the same pains and emotions
