STOP UBER BRING BACK TAXIS!

The issue here is that people who own taxis are losing money due to the loss of business. I want to get rid of uber and lyft and companies like that out of big cities like NYC,Boston,Chicago and many more. This wouldn't affect people who drive for lyft and uber since most them use uber and lyft as a second job. I want to get at least 100,000 names so I can try to get this passed.I want this passed because my parents own taxis in Boston and there are losing money just because people want to drive lyft and uber for extra money while they are making people lose their main jobs.
