Help save Malabar Street Christmas lights!

The Jarrahdale and serpentine Shire have ordered Christmas lights on Malabar to remove half of there lights due to the council deeming it "unsafe" even though there were no complaints any of the other years they were up. Removing this will dramatically reduce the amount of lights on display but could also affect the amount of money raised on the Christmas eve night fun raiser for the Red Cross. Not to mention all of the people who spent days putting all of the 20,000+ lights up.
