Sage Community - Request for Comprehensive Gutter Cleaning

We just had our first rainfall on October 3rd and a number of residents have noticed waterfalls coming from their roof eaves as a result of debris collecting in the gutters. This petition reflects a collective request from the residents of Sage for a comprehensive scheduled gutter cleaning to be done before the rainy season goes into full swing.
