Take a look at, from up and down to educational system in Maldives. Starting from fear of job security to pitfalls in the protection of teachers in job environment, from injustice salary system to incomplete educational framework, from inequality in-terms rules to injustice in-terms of Human rights, teachers are oppressed, compressed, demotivated and deprived to a level in the society that no one wants to see.
