Ban corporal punishment in public schools and private schools!

19 states still hit kids in public schools. There is no federal law against corporal punishment in public schools. Only two states banned corporal punishment in private schools.

Here is a list of reasons why corporal punishment should be banned under federal law.
1) Corporal punishment increases mental illness.
2) Makes kids thing it's ok to harm people.
3) Many kids who get hit by teachers are more likely to drop out of school than kid that don't get hit.
4) Kids that get hit by teachers are more likely to commit suicide.
5) Kid have behavior problem.
6) Many criminals use to get hit a lot in school.
