Loading Loading Loading..... Still Loading 10 min later!?

I sign a petition and it says Thank you for caring and then it loads :(  Loading Loading Loading Loading for 10 min now. Ten min?? What in the world is going on with the petitions at care2? So, it's still loading so I click the back space and then THEN it says...

But ONLY After I click on the backspace :0 :(  BRING BACK CARE2 CHARTER MEMBERS SO THAT WE CAN AFFORD PROPER PROGRAMERS WHO CAN WORK ON THESE GLITCHES AND BUGS PLZ!!!
