Make Facebook Fan Page owners and Admins details publicly available.

We need to make make it mandatory for the owners and admins of facebook fanpages to display thier details (name and E-mail) on the page.
Hopefully this will reduce the number of gutless keyboard warriors hiding behind private pages to make hurtful and threatening posts against others.
