Licence for cycling needs to return due to negligent cyclists

At first we struggled to get roads for cyclists to be able to cycle along side roads. now we have the roads after a while so that the safety of cycling can be ensured but the licence for cyclists were taken away as a law.

This petition is to help not only motorists but cyclists as wellwell. we have encountered too many deaths of cyclists because they are cycling no longer in the side lanes created for them but now in the very same roads as were motorists is driving. due to this disobediance of the ruels from cyclists there are numbers of cyclists being injured or killed.

We want to urge each and everyone to sign this petition and help us raise awareness to more people of what is really happening. We want to bring back the old law so that each and every cyclist must have a licence for their bicycle and if he/she does not obey the law then their licences can be taken away for a certain time period or give them a fine. we don't want to stop cycling we want to stop cyclists of ignoring the rules and keep them out of harms way that means out of the motorists way.
