Change for WCHS Student Council.

As a senior in high school I recently learned about the aspect of student council. As someone who cares about our school atmosphere I would like to help make a prominent change for all of our students. However when applying to student council, I discovered a flaw in my campaign in which the requirements to run state that for an individual to be elected as president, they must have previously served in student council. Now as I have never served in student council I am petitioning to get that rule discarded.
