The reinstatement of Zukiswa Nkayi

We, the undersigned staff across all departments, are appealing for the reinstatement of Zukiswa Nkayi as front of house security. Ms Nkayi is not just a security guard, but has good customer service. She knew all there is to know about what services are offered in the building. We have to deal with new security staff - some of whom show no interest in wanting to learn the inner workings of the newspaper industry. This often results in miscommunication and unsatisfied and angry clients - something we cannot afford. We sign this petition not only with the interests of staff at heart, but those of clients and potential clients who have to be met with the proper attitude and service.
