EVERY Gender has a Place in our Country!

Even after our country supposedly garnered equal rights for all genders, we seem to be stepping back from trying to take immediate action. This issue has been specifically targeted towards the women because of their unfair pay distribution, and them being undermined in more male-dominant roles even though their courage and motivation doesn't make them back down.
