Stop Unfair Billing to Tenants for Water Usage

We are asking all Tenants to Sign this Petition which will be submitted to Corporate Headqaurters regarding the current policy that all tenants will be charged for water and sewer charges.

Pursuant to the Lease which we all signed, no clause was inserted into that Lease that Tenants would be responsible for paying water amd sewer charges. 

Management's  verbal instructions at the inception of Lease signing was that only those Tenants who overused water during a billing cycle would be responsible for paying same.
