Dear Pope Francis,
I was only 8 years old when Radios in my country Rwanda circulated messages of "cleaning Rwanda from Tutsis". Nothing was done until it was too late. now the Catholic church and the western countries will carry the blame of not helping the more than a million who died as a resort of preaching hatred.
Yesterday on Easter,this history repeated itself in neighbouring Uganda. a whole bishop Rt. Rev. Fr. Charles Wamika of Jinja stood in front of the congregation and asked Christians to go and commit another genocide. he even said "the catholic church does shed blood...to fight evil (gays)". if nothing is done, what the faithful of jinja will now believe is that a genocide of gays is supported by the whole catholic church and the world.
Dear Father, it is time to correct this mistake before it is too late. Please ,do not let the catholic church's name be dirtied once again. Please take serious measures for this bishop.
