Benton County, AR: Review of Ethical Conduct

I am a resident of Benton County, Arkansas. I believe our prosecutors and judges should ensure the rights of every citizen of Benton County. I do not believe judges or prosecutors should be involved in any trial in which they, or someone they have aquaintance with, stand to benefit from. I believe that both Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie McLemore (Morris) and Judge Xollie Duncan committed multiple violations of the Benton County's employee ethics policy in the matter of Case #DR-2013-1875-5 and Case #04PR-13-682-5. Please review your employees' actions in this matter and take steps to ensure this type of practice does not repeat itself within our county.
