Demand an option for sevens rugby

This sort after sport is loved across the country. This includes many students in all the years of St Albans School. The sport will allow players to develop and maintain their skills in the off season and give them a chance to improve the more common game of rugby union. It will maintain fitness among students and allow those who do not play other sports to enjoy the rest of the sporting year.
