We need a better child support system.

There are a lot of parents who owe child support, who can pay their child support, but choose not to. My situation, my kids father works, but his employer pays him by personal check or under the table. He cashes his checks at convienent stores. He hides his money in his mom's bank account and any vehicle(s) he have is under his mom's name. Doing this prevents child support from tracking anything on him. We need a better child support system. We need a system where people who know how to get around the current system in place, can't anymore. I know plenty other parents who are dealing with the same thing and it is pitiful.
