I am going to bottom line this petition. My children were removed from my care due to the fact we were staying at a motel in Rochester, NH.
At this point the DCYF asked for a restraining order to keep me from seeing or speaking to 3 smaller children after I was falsely accused of threat to harm the first set of foster people and the case worker Murphy.
I'm 39 years old I have never hurt a single person in my life.
The DCYF was able to place my children into two abusive and neglectful foster housing units.
I made ligament reports of concern and Donna Murphy decided to stop my visitations with my children and phone calls also at each report of concern.
At one point there was a 5wk span that my two smaller children were not allowed to see me. The Foster people from the first unit went right into court and stated my children could not make normal bowel or bleater movements for that entire time.
This happened after I had informed Donna Murphy my son was having nightmares of things being placed in his but that did not belong there. That his twin sister (my two smallest children being only 5) had informed me of some very horrible language being used at my twins by the foster people.
I had also informed her that my children had Dr.s appts and I wanted then seen. Donna Murphy I was told by the Foster guy said my children's Dr.s appts were cancelled and I was not allowed to see them due to the issues my children had reported to me. I later learned my children were punished multiple times for "telling mom".
Finely I got the Dr.s office to see the children and the DCYF worker became very angry about the entire situation and called my cell phone to scream at me to get out of the Dr.s office while the foster women scared my small 5yr old son so badly that he was hiding under a table and I had to call in a nurse.
The judge in the case made my children stay there while Donna Murphy continued to lie.
My children were placed in another foster housing unit and I had a bran new place to live but the DCYF made every excuse for my children not to live with me. The women from the 2 foster unit was told by Murphy their mother had zero interest in them The foster women told my now 6 year old children that their mother did not love them or want them.
There is much, much more they have done to my children and I and we are still suffering as a result. At the very least Donna Murphy should be made to resign. Please email me with any ideas that could help my children and I.
My children are at my mothers at this point but the shared custody we had agreed to changed because DCYF said the children could not be there unless my mother helped to term my rights.
The DCYF workers also engaged in felonies to try and make me look bad to the court as well. There is much more to this case. I have no attorney either.
