Make American Sign Language a Foreign Language Class!

I would like to make American sign language a foreign language class and for it to provide a credit to the students that would take this class. I believe that this will further unite my community and introduce the interests of the students of my community, as well. There are too many Americans with hearing disabilities to not be included in the American education system, so by proposing this opportunity to teach American sign language to the general high school students, it will give the encouragement of a stronger connection amongst the student communities and allow students to learn another language in which they are interested in experiencing.
