Allow tattoos and peircings in all workplaces

Cause tattoos DO NOT affect a person and how they work. I know people with no tattos that are not professional at all, some people i know with tattoos are some of the hardest workers i have ever seen. Tattoos are a form of art and expression. For instance i designed a dreamcatcher tattoo with 3 different meanings involving my love for irish dancing, my dream of seeing my idol in dancing, michael flatley after 14 years of dreaming to see him on his retirement tour, and my dancing. And im not even allowed to get thay on my arm because its “unprofessional” or “gang related”. Whats unprofessional is the discrimination against them, Its the 21st centuary for gods sake! More then half the population has tattoos. Let us express ourselves with them. Most tattoos have special meanings to them, not because of being a punk, or a gang member or rebel, or criminal, its about expression
