After a few weeks of the Ipswich Raod & Harwich Road roadworks, Colchester is suffering.
The endless queues are taking their toll on businesses, deliveries & individuals trying to get around.
The 15+ month schedule isn't acceptable.
We need to petition Kevin Bentley Head of Essex Highways for Essex County Council, to get this project looked at again. No longer can we tolerate 4 men working there and the site empty at weekends and after 3pm. Imagine the chaos at Christmas when everyone is in their car.
I think we should show the strength of feeling by collating a list of people unhappy with this scheme which may or may not work.

Several Councillors now strangely interested in this project? (They weren’t interested last week, strange that.
Anyway tomorrow morning 31/10/18 at 730am, tune into BBC Essex where they will debaribgvthis with a prominent Councillor. You can even phone in and tell them what this misery is meaning to you and your life.
Keep up the pressure - they are coming out of the woodwork.
