Unjustified Street Cleaning/ Camara Rigged Tickets

We, the People, should not be bullied into paying for tickets that we fully know we're not earned due to late signage posting/ rigged up cameras. This is important because I fully and personally know that cops are friends with business and business have family members that work in the street cleaning department and this is done purposely to try and get any cars in my name to be seized ... I petition this bad behavior and am not going to pay for these tickets/ camera rigged citations ever
