Baby it's cold outside. Firewood allowed piled on property used for home heating and cooking!

The municipality where I live is filing nuisance claims and using the police to threaten and bully people who have firewood on their property for the use of heating home, cooking food and/or heating water. The people are told that they need to move the firewood out of sight, straighten up wood etc. People are being summoned into court for a nuisance violation. I believe this is monetary discrimination against the elderly, disabled and/or fiscally disadvantaged.
