Have you had a PCN from Smart Parking?
Many customer reviews are not in there favour , they are fining drivers for many reasons..

Hundreds of drivers have reported being unfairly charged for a number of reasons as they attempted to use the Fantasy Island car park in Skegness.

These include:
Making simple errors while putting registration numbers in,
Entering the car park with the intention of parking but, being unable to find a space,
Entering a registration number but only the first four being printed,
Finding ticket machines not working and still being charged for failing to buy a ticket.

Smart parking do not answer the phone and will not. They will reply to an appeal but either by letter or email, they either drop your fine or if your unlucky like me they chuck you to the debt collectors.

Be strong we can work together to get these cowboys told.
