Side walk for Walter Henderson Rd

Walter Henderson is a two way street and does not have a side walk. The side walk is on both sides on Bethel Church, but the residents that live on both sides of Walter Henderson have no option of walking down the street as the speed limit is 35 MPH. Residents on this street have no option of walking anywhere, this is dangerous as there are residents that live on both sides of the street from the beginning to the end of the street. Recent construction on this street has basically most of the lots filled, and again a two way street with no side walk, and a 35 MPH speed limit. Not to mention that turning right from Bethel Church, there is no stop sign, so cars only slow down to turn into Walter Henderson but maintain the speed very faster than 35 MPH for the most part.
