I ask that Ubisoft re-master Rainbow six vegas for the 8th generation of video game consoles because in 2016 there are a lot of games that have come out and have fell flat of wild expectations for xbox one and PS4, (I wont say names, but you know who you are) especially shooters. Rainbow six vegas was one of the best games in it's genre back 2006. Provides all necessary features for playing tactical team-based FPS. Has ability to rank up, personalize your character with body armors and clothing. Big variety of weapons, also availability to customize them (laser, silencer, optics & etc...). The online maps were some of the best created (most notabaly "streets", "killhouse", and "vegas junkyard". Story is also very intense with a co-op mode that allowed anyone to just jump in randomly from the online world. Something that's not done anymore. Rainbow six was based on special operations counter terrorism with well trained & well equipped team which consists from 3 men. Game also had the first "Terrorist Hunt" feature, which means player can play against computer (neutralize terrorists) with or without friends. This was the game that blew other traditional "special forces" games away, and continues to do. Its predecessor Rainbow six siege is a very strong credit to the legacy of the rainbow six brand, however rainbow six vegas had set the mold for competitive online shooters. It should be given a fresh coat of paint, along with a new button mapping to fit todays gamers. we humbly ask ubisoft to bring Rainbow six vegas (1 or 2, preferably 2, or combine them), out of the previous generation and into the current.
Rainbow Six Vegas has won numerous awards, including "Best First-Person Shooter",[52] "Best Xbox 360 First-Person Shooter",[53] "Best Online Game",[54] and "Best Xbox Live Game"[55] in IGN's Best of 2006, as well as an "Editor's Choice Award" from GameSpot. Gaming Target also selected the title as one of "52 Games We will Still Be Playing From 2006".[56] It also received the "Best Online Game" award from Official Xbox Magazine in their annual Game of the Year awards.
