Grandparent's Rights Are Zero and Need Amending
The child PROTECTIVE service in Arizona doesn't play fair. They go
by rumor rather than by fact. CPS in other states, well like the
Texas disaster to name one is a pure example of over zealous
and under achievement of the child PROTECTIVE services reach.
Now at the risk of sounding like a wise guy, I put PROTECTIVE in
bold letters, because that's the word I have no idea how it got
into their title in the first place. Grandparent's rights have no
weight nor recoginition in the states eyes. We have to remain
silent and are given no insight oh the welfare of our grandchild's
condition. Now before losing their daughter to the CPS about a
year ago, we were asked by our son and his girlfriend
to stay in our house, we gave them everything they needed.
They had food, clothing and anything they needed, especially
for Emily, who was the bright star at the end of our working day.
We never asked the state for a dime, we funded it all ourselves.
Now we lived in a 950 square foot townhouse (small by most peoples
standards) and about 250 of that square footage stood Emily's
Playhouse, which we bought her at a yard sale. Our friends would
laugh when they came in and saw how much limited space we had.
But because Emily loved it, it stayed. But now that the CPS controls
her, they act as if we're intruders or something. Everytime we've asked
a question to them, they always respond with , well we have to
ask the biological parents if it's all right to answer that? What?
The biological parents have now moved back in with us and
the CPS knows it. They like to play head games and that's not
fair for people care so much about our granddaughter.
Something needs to be done about this agency and especially for all the Grandparents out there who are putting up with the junk we are.
