Demand that the pentagon and arms service's committee not raise Commissary rates

Please sign this petition to help stop the proposed raising cost at Military commissaries.  Service personal that are on food stamps because of low pay need these subsidies to help feed their families.  Retired personal on inflexible budgets cannot afford to have increases on food to sustain them.  Personal that are retired or on active duty have earned privileges at military commissaries and exchanges.  Baggers at commissaries do not get paid they work for tips.  An increase at commissaries will either decrease the tips they make or reduce the number of patrons that shop.
